Leg operation delays for 2 weeks

My aunt fell and broke her left leg and was admitted at kalafong hospital on 28 August 2017.She was told not to eat food the whole day on 02 November because they were going to operate her same night at 22h00. The doctors didn't come and she was told they had emergencies.Then they told her they will operate her on 09 November,07 November they told her the leg is swollen they need to wait for some days to help her.Her leg is now turning black and she will get infection and they will end up cutting it off.she has been waiting for surgery for 2 weeks now and I can see she will wait the whole month if nothing is done.please help.Her name is Melita
