Kalafong Hospital,Gauteng

I have discovered patients at the hospital with for example hip fracture,that is not receiving proper nursing care,falls out of bed 2-3 times at night..Having NO SUPPORT in personal hygiene,suffering tremendously with pain and deteriorating. It is as if the patient is just there to die and give the medical personnel one less patient to care for. They do not take calls to report or have any means of communication regarding this circumstances. It is suppose to be affiliated with University of Pretoria,so what training is giving in such poor health care?
