Kalafong hospital where people are not treated but rather left to die

My heart is broken today. My nanny's son was ill and we took him to a Dr and he sent him with a letter to the hospital to run some tests. We went to our local clinic and when bloods were received, he was transferred to Kalafong Hospital. He stayed a week in hospital and was book for an MRI scan on Friday and theatre on Monday. On Friday,he was discharged, being told that he should come back in January. He passed away today. A young man, under 40, with 3 small kids has lost his life because he was not given the attention he needed.
