Incompitance of the hospital

Its 10pm casualty is ridiculously full and theirs only 1 nurse attending to the people, I am here with a 5month pregnant person and it's been an hour now after sending us back and forth as to who can assist us we are still here waiting with no assistance. Aren't pregnancies supposed to be priority?
