Being g inconsiderate on vulnerable patients

I am 30 weeks pregnant an had a severe lower abdominal pain, I went to Kalafong hospital where visitors park an could not find space then I went to the maternity area,asked the three security guards to park near the maternity clinic as there is no parking at the visitors side,I have pain and that it is difficult for to walk a distance,they refused told me that the inside parking is for staff and every lady with a"big tummy" pregnant they walk through the gate and do not park inside the hospital.I went to the supervisor for assitance,she also refused and said is the hospital policy if there is no space at the visitors side,I must search for parking elsewhere.
