Very happy & satisfied customer in Heidelberg

I ordered shoes for my wife as a gift for mother's day in 2021, and I got the size totally wrong (maybe its a man thing). When I contacted Cherise she was very helpful and indicated to me that they would gladly replace them for the correct size. Not only did she do this, but she paid for the courier costs back to me as well as provided the nicest earrings for my wife.
