Poor Service and Bad food

Today I wanted to spoil my Sickly Mom with Breakfast in bed.I ordered two meals from the formerly know “Vergelegen Guest House” now changed to ***amas Hotel By Country Hotel Group.

I have been a very loyal client over the last ten years and basically know their menu by heart.

I called a lady and asked for a Farm Style breakfast with Brown toast (she struggled to listen as she kept going back to white bread) and a glass of juice.

I also asked for a muesli and fruit /yogurt option.

The total was R140.I then Send my Father in law to collect and on delivery to my mom there was no juice and no toast and the presentation was that of a tuck shop standard..i was disgusted and embarrassed when my mom send me a picture of what she received…I cant say I expect much for a R140 but I would never order anything like what we received intentionally.
