Horrible Hotel experience - not to recommend ***amas Hotel***amas

1) We booked long in advance and when we arrived the poor service started. At the reception we were given the keys and told to go through the gate and look for the room - no personal introduction to the room and check if everything is in working condition and if the customers are happy. 2) Then we found that there is only one towel for the two of us. 3)Then we had no warm water. 4)After a while - no water at all. After complaining over the phone we were told to look for another room and move there on our own. Needless to say there was also no hot water the next morning. 5)The bar service was non existing, specially on a weekend when the Springboks are playing. The one star goes for the kitchen service and food which was excellent - the rest of our stay was a horrible experience in comparison of a few years ago.
