Dreadfull experience

I enrolled my 2 Malinois pups for inboard training on 15 December 2024, on Saturday 21st December when collecting them I found them miserable, traumatized, stressed, infected with mites, eye infections, ear infections, urinary infections and diahrrea, I refused to take them back to continue their inboard training for seperation anxiety, (which Kelsey Pretorius claimed that she could assist with) which was paid in advance for 4 weeks and asked to be refunded the 3 weeks paid in advance as I cancelled the training. I could not send them back to continue the training, the pups are now having a phobia about small spaces ontop of their increased seperation anxiety. This was a terrible experience that also cost me vet bills on top of it all.
