Kairos damaged my vehicle

I've used Kairos many times and recommended them to several friends/****orkers, unfortunately my recent experience has been terrible. My car's back bumper was badly damaged apparently in the wash bay (admitted during a phonecall), this was a week and a half ago, and I'm still no further at having the matter resolved. I've sent repair quotes and several messages, but am now being ignored. This is completely unacceptable!
