DAMAGED VEHICLE

My vehicle was damaged and scratched while in their possession. I spoke to Gavin who stated that I need to send a quotation and that they will refund me for the damages. I send the quotation but since then after numerous phone calls and emails with proof of damage, they do no answer my calls or mails.
