We have been using Kairos Parking Services for more than a year and a half. In the beginning everything was wonderful. Anthony/Novindrin/Gavin - not sure what alias he uses - was wonderful. He was very friendly and always on time. He promised my daughter that she can trust him - that should have been the first warning sign. Then suddenly the protective plate fell off underneath her Audi - as if someone hit something or drove over a speed bump. We thought nothing of it.....Then we realized the car is always dirty and that there is less petrol in the car than when we booked it in. We never checked the kilometers. Then we installed a tracker in the car. We suddenly started to get a report on bad breaking and cornering but I didn't think it was anything. Then he crashed the car against a pole or something and said nothing to my daughter. When she questioned him about it - he said it was one of the staff but he doesn't know which one. Then I was getting suspicious because where are the CCTV cameras then? He promised to fix it - it is still not done. Then we left the car for the winter holidays at the "secure facility". The car was there from about the middle of June to the end of July. My daughter took a picture of the kilometers. When she got the car back - we found out that he drove more than 2000km with the car. We requested a report from discovery and they send me a 105 pages report on the driving history. The report listed speeding, bad cornering, bad braking etc. It also showed that he started at about 4 in the morning and used the car until about 11 at night as a luxury uber vehicle. We even found a note of someone asking him to pick him up at the airport with her car. One of the previous directors of Kairos informed me that she saw him driving around Durban with my daughter's car as though it was his own. The car is now damaged - it struggles to even make it up a hill - and this is a Audi A4! We have tried to get hold of him, but he keeps on saying that he will get the manager to speak to us - but he is the director of the company according to the company registration details on the internet. There is no secure facility where he keeps the cars - he takes it home and then uses it for an uber service. PLEASE - don't use this company! They maybe cheaper than the other vendors - but you will pay the price for it. He is not to be trusted and has no shame.
