Terrible service

Kai Thai erasmia! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Firstly they took us in 15 mins late.The the****** was extremely unfriendly. She hurt me! I told her to be gentle with my spine, she pushed her elbow into my spine despite me telling her to be gentle. She did not massage my hair with oil or should I rather say she did not even massage my head. Her name was SARAH! DON'T EVER GO TO HER AT THE ERASMIA SPA. They only massaged us for 55mins. I hated my experience there or should I say that the******. I will NEVER go back there again and I will inform my family and friends.
