Ruined Mothers Day
<p>Honestly, I am definitley not one to complain on Social Media or take even a second out of my day to complain about another company but i feel i need to share what happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a Spa In Randpark Ridge (Not Kai Thai ) Shifted my Mother and Mother in-law's time slot to two seperate times and only informed me on Thursday evening, i started calling around and the only place that had an available slot for two people was at 16:30 and a 45 min drive away(not being a problem as its the least i can do for my mother) at the Kai Thai in Hartebee****rt. So thank you for attempting to fill us in on short notice </p> <p> </p> <p>So we leave home with an hour to spare to give them time to change etc. Using the GPS on my phone to get there really depleted my battery quickly and had to change to my partners phone. The website Pin-Drop on google maps took us to make-shift supermarket, i carried on a bit further as i do know Google-Maps isnt always 100% so i pulled over and called them to ask how to get there . </p> <p> </p> <p>A lady answered and when i asked about directions she continued to tell me that ''The-People" had left.</p> <p> </p> <p>Apparently they had tried to get a hold of me earlier that day, where i do admit i saw 1 missed call at 15:23 which i missed while leaving the house. </p> <p>What i find unacceptable was the fact that Kai-Thai only attempted to contact me on the same day and an hourbefore the time, Kai-Thai had my email address and could have told me the day before that they couldnt accomodate us.</p> <p>I dont know what kind of people are running this company but the organisational skills and urgency is disgusting.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm sure people have had good experiences at Kai-Thai before but on a day like mothers day they should definitley keep all their bookings and be more organized but because of this, i certainly will never set foot in another Kai-Thai.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
