Refund

Hello Peter. I visited Khai Thai Spa in Eldoraigne (Centurion) on 24 April 2022 for 4 treatments. The treatments were amazing but I was overcharged by R450 when I made payment but only realized this when I got home. I called the spa and they indeed confirmed the overcharge. They asked me to forward my banking which I did but they no longer respond to my WhatsApp messages. I have not received any feedback from them to date. I sent an email today but it has still not been responded to.This is really disappointing Email - *** Tel - ***
