Poor service

My Family member had gone to Kai Thai Spa Erasmia Branch PTA West on the 19th December for a Padicure - CHEMICALS WERE USED - which resulted in creating a burn (sore) on an ankle- which will not heal= we contacted the person at the SPA - with no update sofar -

Very Very poor service - as the family member is unable to wear Shoes / Socks
