No response from Olivedale Resturant

Dear Kai, I was at your Olivedale Resturant last night for dinner, please let me advise you I have been to the Olivedale for 15 years regularly, when my meal arrived the rice was not hot and when I advised the waitress that my rice is not hot, she advised me it is hot, and then I showed her it is not hot, as no steam was coming from off the rice, and she took the rice bowl back and my main course arrived, which was also not hot, so I advised the waitress it is cold, and then she took the main course back and came back a few minutes back with the same dish and cold, nothing had even been done to sort it out, so I advised to take it back as cold, the third time it came back it was hotter but it tasted like it had been heated over and over and the taste was not nice as all. If you want to believe your staffs views that is up to you, but I will never be back again to any of your restaurants as you did even take note of my message sent to you. When I called Monte Casino to speak to you, the receptionist on the phone was abrupt and told me your busy, so please note you have lost a client for life. I will not be back ever again.
