Injury at Kai Thai Erasmia

My ordeal started on the 25th of February 2021, when I went for a massage to Kai Thai Erasmia, with a friend for her birthday. I frequently visit Kai Thai Erasmia and this day was my free massage for all the times I visited. When I book for a massage, I normally request Nunzi and Dineo. My massage is always done by Dineo. This time I wanted to try Nunzi massage. the massage went well, but 2 things happened while I was having a massage. 1. Nunzi mentioned something about my stomach which I felt was an insult, and I overlooked it. 2. when she massaged my feet, I was lying face down. she pressed on my feet and then twisted it to the left and right and pressed it down both times. At the time I felt pressure, but I thought it was normal. After the massage we had our ****** tea and for the first time I gave both the ladies a tip. I must admit that I did not feel any pain, I was very happy with the massage. I told my friend who was with me at the time as we walked out, "I am sure these ladies went for some classes on how to massage, as the massage was different from other times." Friday 26th Feb and Saturday 27th Feb was normal day, I don't work so I am at home in my slippers, so I did not put pressure on my legs. The Sunday 28th February 2021, my right feet started swelling at the ankle. I was shocked but went about my normal duties. One week passed, on the morning of 10th March, my son noticed that I was now limping badly and asked me if I reported the matter to Kai Thai just to inform them. I did not. So, I called Kai Thai Erasmia and spoke to Sadia. I told her about the incident and said I do not want to make an issue of it, but I merely want to notify them what had happened. Not realizing the seriousness of the injury that I sustained. On the 12 March 2021, my right feet was still swollen and I decided to go physio. Cost of physio R300. The physiothe****** gave me some medication cost of medication R101.87 Saturday 13th March, Nunzi called me. I said the same thing to her as I did to Sadia, little did I realize that this was getting serious. The 13th of March I sent a whatsup message to the owner of Kai Thai, Namely Zahira. I also sent photos every day of my swollen feet. As well as receipts of physio and the letter the physio gave me. On 15th March I was blocked from Zahira whatsup, nevertheless I continued sending photos, receipts as well as x-rays. 15th March 2021 again physio, cost R250, Physio referred me to Tesla Radiological to do scans and x-ray. 16th March at the scanning and x-ray session, I found out that 3 ligaments has been torn and I had fluid in my tissues. The cost of this was R1950. Afternoon of 16th March Zahira called me, I explained to her what had happened, and she did not want to take responsibility. All she said was that the matter should have been reported within 24 hours, she did however offer me a free head and shoulder massage for all my pain that I was going through. I did request that she assist with my medical bills, which fell to deaf ears. She hung up saying she had another meeting. 18th March 2021, back to physio R250. 20th March 2021, back to physio R250 25th March 2021, back to physio R250 In some of these physio sessions my feet was strapped with plaster, to this day I am still in pain and I am still limping. (I have photos of physio sessions and other days) The total cost thus far is R3351.87 and all I requested from Kai Thai Easmia is that they assist with the payment of these bills as I mentioned before I am not working. (I have all receipts and x-ray results) No response has been received from them and I still need further physio but cannot go as my bill is now escalating.
