Horrible Service

I went to get a body massage today. A lady by the name of Francina was massaging my back .. while using one hand to massage my back with absolutely no effort! She was using the other hand to chat on her phone.. she did this continuously for 30 minutes. It was very unprofessional. That was an absolute waste of my money and time!
