False advertising and really bad service

Don't be fooled by what you read on Kai Thai's website;sadly what you read is not exactly the experience you get.

I booked a THAI massage for my husband and I for his birthday, on arrival we were greeted by an unfriendly host who constantly rolled her eyes when I asked a question about the massage.The new set up is quite nice and gives you a sense of relaxation however when it was time for our massages..there were no Thai ladies?? When I asked why we weren't getting a massage by someone of Thai origination I was told I should request that when I make a booking.Again the lady who informed me of this was extremely rude and unfriendly-If I wanted a western massage I would have made a booking at Mangwanani or something similar. I do not recommend this place especially if good service and an authentic incredible experience is what you are after.
