false advertising

I went to kaithai to book a full body massage that was printed on adverts all over their huge front doors for R280. Went I entered to book, they hand me a price sheet that is totally different to the prices advertised on the front. The full body massage is actually 330 and all other massage prices were different. When I called the owner, Ronald, he was rude and proudly told me that the ads have been there for 4 years and are purely a marketing tactic to attract customers. Are you allowed to do that?
