Booking not done

I paid a 50% deposit to Khai Thai spa Moreleta Park on the 28th December 2015, for a booking on my birthday the 3rd of January 2016. Drove all the way to the spa, got there and was told that my booking was not done or put in the register of bookings. <br> Apparently the lady who send me the bank details and deals with the bookings does not check her emails. then why do they specify when they send the bank details that the proof of payment should be send to their email address if they are not going to read it<br> <br> I am disappointed and very upset with Khai Thai for ruining my birthday
