2nd year running Wedding anniversary stuff up

Last year 2014, I made enquiries for a long weekend stay at Kai Thai Rothbury. After lack of response and detail from Melisa I gave up. I looked into the same option again and there was a room available, which I asked Candice to book. I then asked about meals and appointments for massages. Breakfast is ok if you want pork and pork, otherwise you must take your own. Massage appointments if you want in the middle of your dinner then OK otherwise no availability (Since this is the only purpose of being there they are not able to accommodate the guests, we got caught out with this 3 years ago, - pay to stay but no services available!!!).<br> Candice did not have the ability to answer or deal with these issues (She is new - read untrained) and I told her I would sort out these matters with Byron (management). I was promised an email back by return resolving these issues. I called Byron back as no resolutions were forthcoming. When I finally got feedback that evening, the room was now given to other people by Candice, who said Byron had not spoken with her. <br> Thanks again for the complete stuff up of our anniversary for the second year running, You are offering an appalling service.
