Very disappointed,

We have been going there for the last 10 years. For my Birthday which was on the 7th of February, my husband booked a weekend away, with massages, dinner and breakfast. He requested a bunch of red roses, rose petals on the bed and a bottle of champagne! We have been married for 31 years, and he has never done this, I was very excited (didn't know about the roses etc...) There was a power outage, and everything was cancelled despite us requesting that we will still come through and use candles (romantic), sadly the answer was a flat NO. So, we went to Shumba resort with no romance. It was ok but the whole weekend was ruined. On Sunday the receptionist called to advise that there was no water, and the reason for their call??? was fruitless. My husband did mail head office on the Monday, (9th February) to date NO answer. Hence, we will not be frequenting them anymore.
