REFUND
I settled my loan with Kai-lie chen attorneys on the 24nd of December and they comfirmed that they received the money and that the account is closed but on the 25th of january they deducted R1600 from my bank account. i contacted them and they apologised saying that it was a mistake and that I must send them my bank statement so that they can refund my money. i sent my statement on the 26 January and they confirmed that it was received and I must expect my money with 7 day. Today is the 19th o February, I have not recieved my refund.
