EmptyPromiseOnMyRefund ?

I had a handed over acc with them which I paid it up in full Nov then month end of Nov they deducted and I went to my bank for reversal and it couldn't be reversed I called them and they told me their waiting for it to reflect then later it reflected but couldn't refund cause it was already late and it was December their financial consultant was on leave then in Jan when he comes back he will load it for end of January i called them just to remind them and they assured me that i will receive it but I didn't then they promised that the following week before that Friday they will pay they didn't i called they said Monday when I called on Monday the 10th of Feb now their not taking my calls they transfer but no one picks up and I need my refund the lady I made arrangements with who. Loaded my debits doesn't reply my emails anymore either and before she used to reply with immediate effect when she needed the payment, kindly help me get my money back.
