Horrible

I took my engagement ring (emerald) to Kahns Jewellers for resizing, and when I got it back, the corner was chipped. When I returned to ask for a solution, the man assisting us became aggressive and made a 4-year-old kid scene, saying they would never handle emeralds again. He mishandled the ring, putting it down roughly. This was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend this place for any valuable jewelry work. Very disappointed!
