Disgusting toilet facilities at the Circular drive, Port Elizabeth shopping centre

Being a regular visitor to the Pick n Pay centre in Lorraine (Circular Drive) which is managed by Kahn Property Agents, I find the state of the toilets there totally unacceptable. You have to pay R2 to enter, to find dirty conditions, dirty handbasins, sometimes no soap, and no toilet paper. The cleaner in charge when I was there at approximately 4pm, told me that the other cleaners had taken all the toilet paper home. I spoke to various shops, as well as one of the managers at the Pick n Pay, who told me they are just about in daily contact with a certain Melany at Kahn Properties, but absolutely nothing gets done. I'm speechless that such squalor could be allowed - such unhygaenic situations - in an upmarket shopping centre. Isn't it time that someone takes responsibility?
