I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Kago M Real estate solutions. From the beginning, their lack of professionalism was evident. They frequently ignored my calls and emails, making it extremely difficult to get the information I needed. When they did respond, the details they provided were vague at best, leaving me unprepared for many aspects of settling into my new property.

What was even more concerning was their complete disregard for honesty and transparency. Kago M Real estate solutions seemed solely focused on securing their commission rather than ensuring I, as the buyer, was satisfied or well-informed. They made promises that they never kept, and when issues arose with the seller, they were quick to wash their hands of any responsibility, leaving me to handle the situation on my own.

Their failure to hold the seller accountable led to a series of complications that could have been easily avoided had they been more diligent and committed to their role. Instead, I was left to consider legal action to address problems that should have been resolved by the agent.

In short, I would strongly advise against using Kago M Real estate solutions for any real estate transactions. Their unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and disregard for their clients' well-being make them a liability rather than an asset in the buying process.
