Ref :Unfair treatment and delays by FNB Investigator Kagiso Mothei (Case: ***) I am deeply disappointed with the service and conduct of FNB Investigator Kagiso Mothei regarding Case No: ***. My account (Nancy Chitovoro, Acc No: ***) was restricted following a payment of R1,940 received on 22 July 2026 from CM Tradings Pty Ltd (***). My account was placed on hold solely because of CM Tradings' account restriction. It has now been over a month, and while Kagiso has cleared and released the sender's account (CM Tradings) and returned the funds to the original sender, my account remains restricted. I am being penalized for a transaction completely out of my control that has already been resolved. Holding my funds and account for over a month under these circumstances is completely unfair. I kindly request FNB management to step in and immediately release the restriction on my account.
