Worst place to rent in Kempton Park

That is the worst place literally in Kempton Park. It looks nice but the management, maintenance, security is ****. I don't recommend anyone to stay there or you'll regret so much. The landlord who is Prince/Tumi Magasa is damn rude and greedy, he doesn't care about his tenants. He treats his tenants as if they are damn students/kids. The management doesn't respond to people's emails, they take forever to fix problems in your flat or they just don't , they literally don't fix any of their tenants complaints or problems in time. They add a lot of unfair charges on the statements, I was once charged with fines worth R7000 on my statement and when I called concerning this they removed the fines just, like that, my bill on my statement was once R23000 and some even more, only to find that he has added unfair charges on my statement and he still had to refund me money. He doesn't refund his tenants deposits and additional money needed to be refunded. There's always a shortage of water in the building almost everything month. The WiFi is ****. The cameras don't work therefore your stuff gets easily ****** around the building because there won't be proof at the end of the day. You can't move out in peace because the landlord will keep your furniture because he'll want you to pay the unfair charges. The police doesn't even do nothing about this building yet they get a lot of complaints about this place. The staff that works there is not even qualified and they are constantly being changed. The flat prices increases all the time and they are expensive, same applies to the water rates and parking rates. There's a lot more complaints and the landlord doesn't give a **** as long as he gets money, he never personally comes to the building to resolve any tenants problems, he always gets his staff to solve his problems, at times they don't have the answers for any of the questions because he's constantly hiding. No one should go stay there or you'll regret it because the landlord is doing a terrible job in managing the building.
