Complaints(human rights infringed upon)

Good morning

I have a complaint about the female security that is on duty today.I did not know it was forbidden to hang my clothes on the balcony(10-03) and have been hanging it outside for plus minus a month due to the fact that I moved in on the 28th of February 2020.This morning someone knocked on the door and when I opened the security guard(female)was very rude.She forced the door open and I was just in t-shirt with no pants.She demanded that I take my washing off the balcony otherwise she will give me a fine .I understand it is her duty to run certain things at Kagiso house but she had no right to treat me like a ******** or animal in my own home.She stood by the door forcing her way in to my apartment and demanded I remove the clothes immediately.While I was washing dishes and insisting in a confrontational tone that she will stand and watch me do it.I do not have a problem with the fact that I did not know and had to take the washing off.I have a big problem with the fact that she was very rude and nasty and treated me like I was a fellon in my own flat.She has no respect and has no manners I feel that I am a tenant and should be respected as a human being.I am paying my rent on time and have never given anyone problem and even that was the case as a tenant I have rights to.
