Administration Bad Service

I called in to request a place to move in and processes where explained in a mixed up way that I believed one thing over the correct one.. And paid the deposit. When I went after paying they explained differently and I advised that I can not afford to move in after all, and request my deposit.

That was on the 30th and to this day Prince is playing hide and seek. I need to be refunded as I had to pay twice this month.

Your response will be highly appreciated.
