Water outage prevents consumer to get what they paid for.

We have been standing here at KAGISO DLTC to collect my licence. They don't want us to enter because there's ni water. But this enconvienced oeoole from far. Myself i took leave ar work to get my licence only to be turned back at the gate cause of water. This is a trully unfair to the consumer as it is unjust. We hate public services due to such decisions taken without considering of the paying public.
