I am disappointed and would not recommend this stress to anyone

My son has been waiting for his driver's license since last year May,they keep sending sms to say he must contact the center, when he gets there,they say the problem is with finger prints and the photos.This has been going on since last year.Nobody actually knows what the problem is and this is really frustrating . This is so annoying and a waste of money to keep going there for nothing. Seems to me like ,they cannot handle their queries.
