Zero service with getting claims paid

Struggling with getting my Gap-cover claims paid. I submitted all the required documents on the 11th of September 2023. The turn around time is 7-14 work days. It is now the 2nd of October. More than 7-14 work days have passed. I cannot get a clear answer as to what is happening with my claim. Service providers are now hounding me for payment and I risk being blacklisted. Please save yourself the stress and join a different Gap-cover.
