Worst Service & Communication EVER

Kaelo, which is the business behind Discovery Medical Insurance, has some of the worst billing and communication management I've ever experienced. I canceled my plan with them last year and they continued billing me until Jan. After numerous requests to refund the money, with no responses, I called again and again hoping to reach a manager. It took me over a month to resolve this.
