Worst medical Insurnce
!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEDICAL!!! This is the worst excuse of a medical insurance. Absolute *****s. I got Pre Auth for X-rays after a motorcycle accident and after the pre auth was approved they cancled it. I have been on this medical for over a year now and I have only had headaches with them. when you request to be put through to a manager, the phone call "inconveniently" drops yet they still ask you to rate their service.
