WORST Gap Cover in South Africa

By FAR, the absolute WORST Gap Cover in South Africa. We have now submitted the same 4 claims no less than 8 different times. Followed up by 8 phone calls trying to find out "what is outstanding this time". It's almost as if they are LOOKING for ways to not pay. Every single claim submitted does not even have a reference number. When the automated system replies saying "outstanding documents" (which is flippen lie btw), there is no reference number. This brings you back to having to start the entire process again. And again. And again. It's a miracle these guys are still in business the way they handle claims. If you're looking for a Gap Cover, steer FAR away from Kaelo (also known as MedExpense) via Hippo (another idiotic company).
