*******, with the WORST customer service

Absolutely disgusting service, pathetic agents who don't know process. I have been trying to process a claim for 2 weeks now spending time sending emails, calls and using their online claim process to no avail. Each agent or auto response keeps asking me for different documents. I called in today to speak to a manager and after waiting for 11 minutes (8:37am - 8:48am) a manager hadn't come to take the call. I have been paying my premiums for 3 years without default and this is the diabolical service they provide.

I advise consumers to be very weary of this company as they easily take your money but will NEVER be there to assist you when its time to claim.

USELESS is an understatement.
