Who reinstated policy KH44484 without my knowledge yet busy busy trying to robb me!! BULL****

Please don't come with nonsense because am not with you guys i canceled my POLICY KH44484 insurance within 3days of trying subscribe with you guys but servicewas poor. I even send emails requesting it to be CANCELED with immediate effect because am not interested anymore now you keep trying to debit my account still!!! This is honestly out of order if this isn't dealt with am going to OPEN A CASE because this is indeed ***** @kaelobilling & @kaeloinsurancehealthover...now you busy ignoring my calls as i want to find out what's going on Foooook maaaan. I never asked for my policy to be reinstated after 2days of cancelation. **** man.
