Zero service and almost impossible to submit claims. Phoning agents, means absolutely nothing! You receive reference numbers and automated responders confirming assistance within a certain timeframe and these are just ignored. This company is exactly what it says it is! You will find out soon that they are there to create a GAP and not respond or try to assist, but delay and ensure you cannot claim or make it as hard as possible to claim.
