we made 3 claims for procedures on 5.2.2025 and 12.2.2025. after repeatably emailing and phoning ro enquire our claim for R3750 for 12.2.2025 has not been paid. we sent another email this morning with all the documents attached again. hopefully we will receive a reply as soon as possible
