Very very bad Service dont go to kaelo you will waste your money

I am absolutely appalled at the service from Kaelo the staff are rude and have no telephone etiquette and just treat clients like we another number,I have no been able to get hold of kaelo now for more then 2 days and I need the money for a co payment I am trying to claim. Also it seems that everytime I do claim they have some type of excuse so its actually pointless having gap cover absolutely pathetic service and would not ever recommend them to anyone
