Very quick and efficient service. Submitted requested documents and filled in all information required online. Within 2 days, my claim was finalized. I was kept up to date with the status of my claim throughout the process via an sms and email. I am more than satisfied and happy with Kaelo. I can't fault their service in any way. It's a breath of fresh air as most insurance or covers make it very difficult to claim, and the process is onerous. This is not the case with Kaelo.
