Utterly useless, no help, no responses to GAP cover claim
What a joke this has been. I submitted everything required for my GAP COVER claim at the beginning of November. I have been waiting 24 working days now, and I STILL have not received feedback. Everytime I phone you they say I will receive feedback, and then I do not.
This morning I phone you, and it says THE NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST!!???
How do I get answers? I have had to take out R30K in loans to pay my shortfall in the meantime while you **** around and give me no customer service, WHAT HAVE I BEEN PAYING YOU FOR FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS>????????
I need urgent feedback!
