USELESSS!!!!!
I AM SO TIRED OF FIGHTING AND TRYING TO GET ANY ANSWERS EVEN THE OPERATION TEAM LEADER IN THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT DOES NOT REPLAY TO EM AILS (THANDEKA MCINA) I HAVE SINCE CHANGED GAP COVERS PROVIDERS AND WE ARE STILL TRYING TO GET A MAY CLAIM PAID. I EVEN FOR GEOT ABOUT IT CAUSE THEY TAKE SO LONG.
NEW GAP COVER - SENT CLAIM ON A MONDAY AND FRIDAY FUNDS REFLECTED
I HAVE NEVER EVER COME ACROSS SUCH A USLESS COMPANY
