USELESS *******!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST GAP COVER COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY!! PEAK ******* BEHAVIOUR. The team leader for claims, Katlego Seabi, has now taken to ignoring my emails, even though he, Isaac and Enrico promised a response to my gap claim on the 18th of December 2020! Mind you the claim was submitted on the 23rd of November 2020! This is also not the first time that they are either ignoring emails or just refusing to communicate to clients! Quick to increase premiums, but can't honor ANYTHING in their policy documents!!! Did i also mention that their "Complaints" submission service on the website is also defunct? WHAT A USELESS COMPANY!
