Unhelpful and rude service. I can't even get essential medication

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I am extremely frustrated trying to get my son’s Epilim, which is fully covered by the insurance. Despite being prescribed by a specialist who diagnosed his condition, the pharmacy won’t dispense it because it’s not from a GP.

I contacted the sales and Mediscor departments for guidance, but they were completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, I spoke to Felicia Mosehle from Mediscor, who was rude and dismissive during the call.

We are paying for a service we are not receiving, which is unacceptable. Patients should not be left without support while trying to access essential medication. I hope the company urgently reviews their policies and staff conduct.
