Unauthorised debit orders on our account

We have been trying to stop an unauthorised debit order on account for almost a year. Kaelo do not provide a copy of the mandate and do not assist without the policy holder or intermediary details, which we don't have. Our bank, ABSA, is unable or unwilling to assist in stopping the debit order. Our most recent reference ***2. Hopefully going social on this will assist in resolving the matter.
